REBEL RIDGE is an adrenaline-pumping thriller from start to finish, with only few minor pacing hiccups that are easy to overlook. Aaron Pierre is phenomenal as Terry Richmond, perfectly embodying the character in a way that I feel anyone else could have bought the same intensity and depth to the character, making the movie as gripping as it is. I'm impressed by how director Jeremy Saulnier built an entire film around civil asset forfeiture and kept the tension high and the narrative compelling for a full two hours. Anna Sophia Robb delivers good performance in her supporting role, adding depth to the story. I rate this film a 3.5/5. This movie is currently streaming on #Netflix.
