Netflix’s Maa Behen is a dark comedy-drama that struggles to justify its runtime. Despite aiming for a quirky blend of humor and family conflict, the film moves at such a measured pace that it often tests the viewer’s patience rather than rewarding it. Madhuri Dixit, Triptii Dimri, and Dharna Durga bring sincerity to their performances, while Ravi Kishan adds a dependable supporting presence. Their efforts help maintain some level of engagement even when the screenplay struggles to find direction. Visually, the film is polished.
