Jurassic World Rebirth
Jurassic World: Rebirth wasn’t built to reignite the franchise flame, it dims it further. Gareth Edwards and David Koepp fail to deliver an adventurous ride, proving once again that grand scale alone can’t uplift a film. Sure, there are a few crowd-pleasing “that’s dinosaurs!” moments, but beyond that, it’s thin. Despite the star-studded cast, there are no standout performances — more a result of the weak narrative than the talent involved. The 3D is entirely pointless — it’s a post-converted gimmick that adds nothing. Whether Dolby or IMAX, it doesn’t justify the format. If you’re planning to watch it at all, 2D is the way to go.
