True to its title, Tom Hardy & Jessie Mei Li starred Netflix original is a chaotic action-fest packed with raining bullets (that never hit the main characters) and plotless mayhem — more exhausting than exciting or entertaining. The biggest letdown for me was the cinematography—grainy throughout, maybe by choice, but for a blockbuster film in making, it’s not cool. While the initial car chase worked eventually the rest of the action, was shot in a way that felt more distracting.
