Kartik Aaryan transcend with his brand new avatar and stellar performance. Right from the beginning to end, transformation of good innocent dentist to killer dentist is very well scripted. (Obviously excuse the loopholes) Alaya.F too performed really great, but her character couldn’t match to level or outshine Kartik’s Freddy though (Not her fault). Film is a Slow Burner, i had no issues as I like films that has great detailing with slow shots mixed with captivating background score, pickup at the right pace and slow down when it needs to. Great Direction by Shashanka Ghosh. Cinematography is rich. (Surprised Hotstar streamed movie in HDR with Dolby Atmos) My only debate would be the Ending/Climax. Left Abruptly. Does it mean Freddy 2 ? If Yes, I would like to see Freddy Ginwala again… and if not , it’s jus not so good ending. Overall, It’s Kartik Aaryan’s BlockBuster.
