Dhurandhar is a long, fine-grained spy–action political revenge drama — and I hope I’ve covered everything there. Throw in a touch of romance too, and that’s the flavour of it. Where does one even start? Shashwat Sachdev’s banger musical score? The star-studded powerhouse performances? The enthralling screenplay and crackling dialogues spread across a hefty 3½ hours? Or that exciting 1–2 minute mid-credit sequence (tease) that leaves you itching for more? Let’s start at the top — Writer, Director & Producer Adithya Dhar. His direction is brilliant. The close-up shots feel intimate and intentional, the environments feel lived-in, the song placements are smart, the action staging is energetic, and the performances he draws from his cast are outstanding.
