Bagheera
Bagheera is a predictable cop-turns-superhero action drama that leans heavily on routine commercial elements and over the top action. While certain moments work, most of the film feels rehash of familiar tropes, offering little in terms of novelty. #Sriimurali as Vasanth/#Bagheera stands out and carries the film. #Rukminivasanth is just okay, hindered by limited screen time and a role that doesn’t offer much scope to perform. The director #DrSuri had ample scope to craft more interesting given the plot, but, unfortunately, it feels like a wasted opportunity. Hopefully if sequel is made, i t’ll address this shortcomings and deliver stronger narrative. #AjaneeshLoknath background score fails to make an impact, often feeling out of sync with the scenes. Except for the title track & its score infused sequences, the soundtrack falls flat.
